Golf Course Front

Golf Course View

This spacious single-story Pebble Beach home is located on the 2nd tee of the Monterey Peninsula Country Club, one half mile to Spanish Bay, Poppy Hills and Spyglass, and two miles from downtown Pacific Grove. This comfortable home features a great room flooded with natural light, a kitchen that opens to the formal dining area (seats eight), and a breakfast bar with four stools. Enjoy the views of the golf course and wildlife during the day; get cozy on the comfortable sectional in front of the fire at night. You'll enjoy the outdoor spaces as well as the indoor ones: in addition to the enclosed courtyard, there are decks off the dining room and the master bedroom. Both have views of the golf course and are great places for coffee or deer watching. The master bedroom has a King bed with a private bathroom and views of the course. The two guestrooms share a bath; one bedroom has a Queen, the other has two Twins.
